Earlier, the small car was spotted in April taking test drives on highway and now it has been found in the outer regions of Pune. The car has the speed of 60kmph and the car was compete with Tata Aria and Tat Indica Vista. The all revamped Tata Nano will equipped with common rail motor developed by Bosch. It is speculated that the 700cc single cylinder powerterain to churn out a peak power of 35 bhp and top torque of 110 Nm. But the sizzling feature which has brought the car in news is that it will offer a mileage of 30kmpl as expected by industry experts. As per the expert figure, it has been witnessed that the car will register its name among the world's most efficient car models.


Speculations says that Tata Motors will launch its most awaited Tata Nano Diesel by end of year 2011. If the speculations are to be believed, then Tata Nano Diesel will carry a price tag of Rs. 2,00,000 as the starting price. Tata Nano has gone through many ups and downs. The company has focused upon the safety measures of the car and then started with the effective marketing strategies. Well, now the car has captured a good market and is increasing sales. And the diesel avtar of the small wonder will spread it's magic on the Indian auto lucrative roads.

Tata EV2 Indica Launch

The company seems to be geared up this year, Tata Motors has launched the new version of its hatchback, Tata Indica eV2. The company is targeting to make the Tata eV2 Indica is the most fuel efficient car. The sudden launch of the Tata Indica eV2 was astonishing for the Indian auto market, the car has been certified by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) for the CR4 diesel engine.


The stunning model Tata Indica eV2 offers amazing mileage of 25 kmpl and the highest in the auto market. It has been speculated that the car have the capacity of churning out 76PS of power at 4000Rpm and 140Nm of torque at 1800-3000Rpm. As Tata Indica is the fuel efficient car and it offers a decent mileage of 25 Kmpl at the point, which is the highest in India. Indian auto market has fixed the price of Tata Indica eV2 starting from Rs. 3.99 lakh for the basic variant that is without AC. The all new and refreshed version of Tata Indica ev2 has been announced by an official from Tata Motors, Ramakrishnan. He said that the company brought the new and refreshed version of Tata Indica BS IV variant (diesel) with CRDI (Common Rail Direct Injection) next month.


Tata Motors have introduced the all new BS4 compliment affixed with CR4 diesel engine in its popular hatchback Tata Indica. The luxury car Tata Indica eV2 is equipped with features like clutch lock, tachometer, Auto Drive Assist (prevents stalling on steep inclines), re-cranking prevention. New version of Tata India is lighter in weight as compared to the original one. The new engine of the Tata Indica eV2 seems promising and is likely to enhance the power by 32 percent. The list also includes new 14 inch alloy wheels, 60:40 split rear seats, Bluetooth compatible audio system, USB and Aux ports. Well, the new refresh version looks almost similar to the original one but the difference are subtle graphics and the plastic wheel arches.

Tata Indica BS IV Deisel variant likely to launch next month

An official from Tata Motors, Ramakrishnan recently have announced that the company is planning to come up with the new and refreshed version of Tata Indica BS IV variant (diesel) with CRDI (Commom Rail Direct Injection) next month. The company will incorporate the all new BS4 compliant, CR4 diesel engine in its popular hatchback Tata Indica. Apart from that some exciting features will also be added in the popular hatchback. The all new version of Tata Indica is expectedly to shed some weight and become lighter as compared to the current car. The new engine of the car seems promising and is likely to enhance the power by 32 percent. Apart from this, it is also in the expectation that the performance of the Tata Indica will be enhanced.


The engine offers an expanded 65 percent in torque and is likely to enhance the power by 32 percent. Not only this but it is expected that the fuel efficiency will be improved remarkably by 46 per cent. The refreshed Tata Indica will offer better drivability and will be donning new interiors as well as exteriors. The company is planning big for luxury cars Jaguar and Land Rover. India's leading automobile maker plans to spend huge amount Rs. 7,300 crore this year on the research and development (R&D) expenses on Jaguar and Land Rover. The amount which are taking about is 10-11 per cent of the two brands’ annual revenue. The research and development expenses are expected to reach up to 8,800 annually.
