Indigo CS

Tata Indigo CS launched in 2008 in India is amongst the smallest Sedans. The affluence and comfort offered by the Sedan makes it a luxurious car to own, yet it fits in the price range of any middle class purchaser. Comfortable to drive, the car comes in two fuel variants of Petrol and diesel.

The petrol models of Indigo CS are powered by MPFI engine, generating a power of 65 PS@5200 rpm with a maximum torque of 105 Nm@2600 rpm. The turbocharged engine with intercooler, found in its diesel models, pump out a power of 70 PS@4500 rpm and a peak torque of 135 Nm@2500 rpm. The 16-valve DOHC DiCOR engine, found in the LS DiCOR variant of Tata Indigo, delivers the maximum power of 70 PS@4000 rpm and a torque of 140 Nm@1800 rpm.

The muscular front end of the car is adorned with sparkling Headlamps. Indigo CS is a perfect blend of comfort in terms of boot and seating space and is compact. The Petrol version comes equipped with beige interiors while the Diesel version surfaces with grayish Black interiors.

Tata Indigo CS is fully packed with latest safety features, ensuring a high level of protection to its occupants. The anti-submarine seats of the automobile keep the driver and co-driver shielded and prevents them from sliding forward, in case of minor accidents.

The new Indigo CS, a variant in the previously launched Sedan have interiors with new wooden finish center console with leather wrapped steering wheel, revamped door handle caps, sporty pedals and six-powered electric seats. The car has received good customer satisfaction and has performed exceptionally well in terms of highway driving.
